    I'm assuming this would be affected target classes (can only cast X spell on X classes).

    Is it a binary flag or an integer? (To one class or many).

    It is an integer. Every search I make in my DB comes up with Class Specific spells/abilities for the Class noted.

    '1','3','4','5','6','7','8','9','10','11'


    Warrior (4)


    These is also 0 (zero). Indicating no class.
    And 13.

    I guess that's the Kool-Aid Man class.
