I have. I've just begun collecting them and have already noticed several field changes. For some, I can see a new field but don't know exactly where it goes. For example there is definitely a new field between SubXP70 and startingItemID in WMOB but I haven't collected enough wdb files yet to discover exactly where it goes. Anyone want to volunteer their *.wdb files? I'm creating a database of WDB binary blobs which makes it easy for me to keep a collection of all versions of them and see what has changed in each version. I have a pretty good amount of 7359 (2.2.3) and am only starting on 7561 (2.3.0). The database contains the raw blobs, information on how to parse the blobs for each version, and tables containing the parsed version of each blob.
As I learn new things about the binary format, I'll add it to the wiki. I'm thinking of eventually creating some sort of open access to my database but I'm not ready for that yet.
