An open-source Linux utility designed to extract all data from within any WDB file in the form of (My)SQL INSERT statements.
.fmt (format) files are used to define table structure as well as SQL INSERT statements.
Presently, only an itemcache.fmt file is made, but it is likely that more will become available once the developer (me) finally gets some sleep.
