General Structure
When you are editing the Source Peek Wiki we ask you please try to keep some basic things the same. This is mostly just so if you look at one section of the site you can view an entirely different section written by different people and it looks very similar in structure and organization.
Ok, so here's some basic rules, feel free to add to this:
- Each game has a category: Category:World of Warcraft
- Each game has subcategories for it's various sections: Category:World of Warcraft DBC Files
- Each file documented links to its related files and gives as much information and related links as possible.
- The basic table structure should not be done with different colors/etc. Use the normal table tags in the Wiki and just apply class="alt" to the alternating TR cells.
If you have a suggestion for a basic design element or change to the site's design please talk to zeeg and he can implement it into the site's CSS so it doesn't need embedded styles/css.
Also, remember, to edit the Wiki you must be a registered user on the Source Peek Forums.

General Page Creation Guidelines
- Create Articles using a reference that is singular in nature unless it's unavoidable. (Elf opposed to Elves)
- Unlike articles, categories should be plural. (Spells rather then Spell)
- Avoid using capitalization in article titles unless the word(s) are pronouns. This keeps links from breaking.
- Unless required, do not use words such as "The", "A", and "An" as the starting word of a title.
- Do not use the ampersand symbol (&) in any title. Use "and" when/if needed.
[edit]
Protocol
- Avoid referencing yourself or third persons within a document. Such as "We/I have created this program to..." use "This program is used to...". Keep this documentation encyclopedic rather biographic.
- Ask question on the forums and link to the wiki articles for reference or use the Discussion/Talk pages provided with each article.
